This beautiful
hospitable town on Nova Scotia's south shore is full of

This painting was inspired by the many steeples of both
faith and education, all anchored by the beautiful water
of the Atlantic. Mahone Bay celebrates in 2004 its 250th
anniversary. I have included in this scene references to
people and things personal to me, such as my grandmother,
mother as a young woman taking the my brothers and me for
a stroll, me with my two young children, Emily in a stroller,
and toddler Barry walking, our family pet, my father's car,
etc.
